"CTP is a complex and advanced technology. It is the integration of optical technology, electronic technology, color digital image technology, computer software and hardware, precision instruments and materials technology, automation technology, network technology and other new technologies. CTP, short for Computer- to-plate, is to develop the plate directly when the image is scanned through the laser scanners controlled by computer. CTP eliminates the film during printing and converts texts and images into digitals directly,so that it can reduce quality loss and material consumption during the process.It achieves a better printing qualitywith higher resolution. "

According to design requirements,there are many kinds of surface treatment ways. such as: gloss oil, matt varnishing,UV oil,blister varnish,OPP glossy film,OPP matt film,Laser film,touch oil,soft touch film.

Water-based, environmental friendly, non-toxic,used for the surface finishing. It improve the gloss of the print and prevent surface damage and dirt. Widely used for paper boxes,hangtags, publications, trademark and paper cards.

Water-based, environmental, non-toxic,has good abrasion, water resistance and dirt resistance. It ismore glossy than ordinary glossy oil. It helps to improve the grade and appeal of products. Widely used for paper boxes,hangtags, publications, trademark and paper cards.
UV oil

Water-based, environmental, non-toxic，good permeability. It has strong suction for PVC,PET and OPP. Widely used for packaging of toys, small electronic products, plastic product, daily necessities, hardware, cosmetics.
Blister varnish

OPP film is colorless, tasteless, non-toxic,the surface is very shining and smooth. It improves the gloss and firmness of the print and helps prolong the life of the print. OPP film has protection of damp-proof, waterproof, dirt-resistant,sturdy, and corrosion resistant.The surface with matt film looks more sophisticated.

Laser film has high safety and security feature and it has vivid color. The dynamic 3D effect has colors of red, yellow, blue, green, violet. It is used for customized design ,orcombined with other materials such as paper, plastic and leather.It can also be process with ginning, hot stamping and printing. Convex (Concave）"Convex (concave）is an important step in the final process of printing. It does not require ink stamping method. The product is put between the concave and convex templates, extrude the concave and convex graphic of embossed shape with large pressure, gives the goods a vivid and dimensional effect.Used for trademark, cigarette package, paper box, greeting cards, bottle label,etc." -
Glitter Powder (dusting)“Glitter Powder is environmental PE material. It has solid color of gold, silver, green, purple, sapphire blue etc. or it can combine with the effect of rainbow, pearl and laser colour. All colour schemes are bright and has strong corrosion resistance and temperature tolerance。It is often applied to the paper packaging for Christmas, crafts, cosmetics, health care products and other products.” -
Logic light lines (reflection light lines)“Golden laser rainbow logic lines/refraction light line is an advanced packaging step in printing. It is combined with holographic laser, etchings,and optical refraction. This kind of printing is highly complicated, so it is hard to produce counterfeit and replicates. It has high security function and it is suitable for paper box of cigarette, wine,cosmetic, medicine, tea, health care products , gift. Generally, the paper thickness for offset printing is within 0.35 mm, but our paper for finished products is thicker.
