Finished Products Full- inspection Machine for printed paper cards

Printn-pack has very strickly quality control for each production process for paper printed packaging.Each month, there will be some QC training courses of raw material,sample design, printing,surface finishing,finished products,packaging and shipment. There are experienced QC staff, who have at least 8 years in printing and packaging, the QC staff will do some spot check, make sure to prevent the erros from next production process.

To raise up the efficiency for QC the finished products, to shorten the bulk lead time, Printn-pack imported one automatic inspeciton machine, which can fully automatic check and pick out the defective products. what we need to do is just to set the QC standard, then the computer will control the system as by the setted QC standard.

The speed of the fully automatic inspection machine is 12000pcs/h.
